We will provide you or your approved repairer/adjuster with a full CCTV camera survey report, site plan, cause of damage explanation, recommendation for repair and a cost for the work calculated against a published schedule of rates. We can do this either directly to you or via the nominated Lead Loss Adjuster assigned to the specific protocol project. 

Recommendations for repair/replacement will be in accordance with the WRC Drain Repair Book best practise manual for the inspection and repair of domestic and light industrial drains Second Edition. We will provide a clear and concise derivement of benefit document to ensure your policyholders financial liability is calculated correctly and fairly. We follow the processes set out in the protocol guidelines, released by The Drainage Forum in June 2006. This process will remove the necessity for additional visits to site by multiple suppliers, repairers or adjusters, and will therefore reduce claim lifecycles and costs.
