Homeowners can contact UKDP when they become aware of a shared drainage issue, and UKDP will co-ordinate all aspects of the solution.  We host a residents meeting to explain the process, sourcing an approved contractor to provide a thorough CCTV camera survey and investigation of the problem.  We ensure that the correct properties are included in the project, liaising with each homeowner’s insurer to ensure all work is authorised.  The only cost to the homeowner would be the household insurance policy excess, usually £50.
